Website offers highly developed advertising and search capabilities for dog
breeders and their customers

(PRWEB) Charlotte, North Carolina July 24, 2006. A new website for dog
breeders has been created specifically to give the breeder an enhanced ad
and their customer greater search capabilities.

The website, www.dogbreederslist.com; The Dog Breeders List, offers an
innovative online advertising method for dog breeders that allow potential
customers to search by their criteria for selecting a purebred dog. By
providing a means for the breeder to submit a greater amount of detailed
information, we render a much-needed service to both breeders and potential
buyers.

The website was created with both the breeder and customer needs as the
website foundation, addressing the cryptic 3 to 5 line ad found in any
newspaper, and current Internet search methods that only allow searching
down to a state level.

Some of the problems with newspaper and Internet ads that are solved by the
Dog Breeders list:

Newspaper ads:

a.. Expensive advertising costs
b.. The buyer doesn't know where the breeder is located
c.. Did the pups receive any of their shots
d.. How many males and females do they have available
e.. What method of payment will they accept, Visa, MC, Cash etc.
f.. Many other questions relating to the advertiser's breeding and
business practices

Internet ads:

This method of advertising greatly opens the breeders' capability of
explaining their services. However, search functions are generally not
designed specifically for this type of ad and may return results only to a
state level. The buyer still doesn't know where the breeder is located. A
long distance call may reveal the breeder is 200 miles away. These ads are
usually also limited to a certain number of characters and require the
advertiser to fine-tune the ad to include just the right information, which
could become quite time-consuming

Internet Advertising using the Dog Breeders List:

A Breeders Input Form is provided for entering your information, including
many descriptive terms and attributes that can simply and easily be selected
via checkboxes and menus. You will be able to enter items like:

· Home phone number, Fax number, pager number and Cell phone number

· Address, city, area code and state

a.. Directions to kennel; best time to call
· Generous space to explain your business, tell about your time in
the business, awards etc.

a.. Specific information about the dog(s) or litter you are advertising
b.. Select dozens of attributes from checkboxes and menus, like seller
preferences and conditions; primary registry; health information like 1st
shots, 2nd shots, or special test results; physical characteristics;
additional information like "must see to appreciate," "good with children,"
"housebroken," and more to showcase your dog or litter.
The buyer is then able to search our database by criteria like breed, area
code, state, and more, and then view a list of results. From this list,
individual breeder listings can be selected, which will display all the
details you entered when you placed the ad. As an advertiser, you will also
receive a login id and password so that you can change your ad at any time
during its run-time (for example, to update the number of puppies available
in a litter), or even renew it online.

The website www.dogbreederslist.com is online and in the Beta 2 test period.
During this period we are collecting comments from beta testers, to further
enhance the website.
